About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

What we will need

  1. Provide administrative support to managers, executives, and other team members as needed.
  2. Arrange and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing agendas.
  3. Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  4. Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, records, and archives.
  5. Perform data entry tasks, such as maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.
  6. Manage the office's hospitality, such as greeting guests, arranging refreshments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
