About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.

What we will need

Roles and responsibilities as below:

  1. Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  2. Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and manage employee disciplinary actions.
  3. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the organization's strategy.
  4. Ensure the organization's HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
