About the Role
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
What we will need
Roles and responsibilities as below:
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans and manage employee disciplinary actions.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the organization's strategy.
- Ensure the organization's HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
